Commanded by chef Jonatán Gómez Luna, Le Chique has reached unattainable levels in terms of technique and flavor, even becoming the 32nd best restaurant in Latin America in the San Pellegrino list, and one of the best in all of Mexico.


Amongst its many awards are: the Five Diamond Award by the AAA, Best Tasting Menu for Travel & Leisure, the Iron Chef for Gómez Luna in Toronto and the aforementioned 32nd place in the 50 Best Latin America Awards.




This place is characterized by its high technicality combined with extraordinary flavors that take you on an infinite experience through its tasting menu, that changes season with season.


Deconstructions, reconstructions, foams, trampantojos, spherifications ... colors, flavors, essences, aromas, textures ... things that are, but are not, or are something different ... everything comes together in a tasting menu designed to surprise you in every bite.


Add an unbeatable service, sips of delicious wines, a very pleasant atmosphere, and you get an experience that’s worth living.

This is one of our favorites worldwide, every time we go, we are pleasantly surprised. The chef is very prone to invite other cooks and chefs from Mexico and the world (always the best) to cook together, which gives you the option to try different cuisines from his, from places you might never travel to such as Australia, Peru, Colombia, Japan, Spain, France and Mexico: Pachuca, the Riviera, Mexico City, Monterrey, and many more.

Things to consider:


1.- There is no à la carte menu, it is only a tasting menu, usually it varies between 18 and 32 courses.

2.- You can accompany it with different pairings (extra cost) ranging from juices and waters, normal pairing or Premium pairing. You can still order drinks a la carte separately.

3.- It is necessary to make a reservation.

4.- The menu price is variable.

5.- It is located inside the Azul Sensatori hotel just 20 minutes from Cancun.
