Zamas Beach Club... the best in Isla Mujeres

This place is simply the best in Isla Mujeres and one of the best, not only in the area, but in Mexico. Zamas Beach Club is commanded by Chef Diego López in the kitchen and Edwin Amaro in the room, let yourself be carried away by everything this place has to offer. This chef is a great talent who has shared kitchen with the greatest chefs in Mexico and with many in the world.

With extremely interesting proposals, based on fish and shellfish but fused with regional and international techniques and flavors, which make his proposal, one of the best in Mexico.

As we say in the title, in here all the senses wake up; the sight with the beautiful sunsets, the Caribbean sea and the panorama of Cancun; the smell with the aromas that come out of the kitchen, those that emanate from the dishes, those that arrive with cocktails and drinks; the touch with the texture of the sand and the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea bathing your feet; the hearing with the breaking of waves and the music; and the taste with the gastronomic wonders that Chef Diego López's cuisine has to offer you.

My suggestion is that after touring Isla Mujeres you go straight to this place and relax in the beds or lounge chairs you have and reserve your table for lunch, you can ask for an appetizer and something to drink, you can bathe in the Caribbean Sea or in its comfortable pool.

Once it's time for lunch, get ready to enjoy something magnificent.

You can start with squids battered with black spices (my favorite), a pumpkin carpaccio, green ceviche, snapper tiradito or a little bit of callo de hacha. For the second course: whole grilled fish tikin xic style(traditional style of the area), a creamy rice with seafood or an octopus with chiltomate and sausage from Valladolid (traditional sausage of the area) ... but the truth is that what you order will be spectacular.

For an awesome finish: a carajillo (licor 43 and espresso) or a mezcal with watermelon cocktail ... and for dessert a lemon carlota or a creme brulee ...

Without a doubt it is one of our favorites, we sometimes cross to Isla Mujeres just to eat here.
